Centric Consulting interview questions

The interview process was structured and well organized. It included an initial screening, followed by in-depth discussions about my experience, skills, and problem-solving approach, with opportunities to ask questions and receive clear feedback throughout.

Applied online. Took some time to.hear back. Recruiter set up a Teams meeting. I showed up on video. She did not. Asked very basic, junior questions which were not super relevant to the level of the role. In the middle of the interview, the recruiter tells me the notes she was taking deleted. The rest of the interview was me giving her my answers again to retake notes. Not very professional at all.
