The standard panel. Direct Manager, HR & Director -- The interview process was fairly relaxed. The interviewers try not to be intimidating, they try hard to be pleasant... The hardest would be the Direct Manager, she barely smiles (but she is my manager now and great to work for). HR and Director was very nice, they were all confident in their positions so there was no power trip in the interview
