I first applied online via their email and offer on the site. I was contacted a week later to come in for the interview on site of my job. I was met immediately by management and was warmly greeted to the office. The employer reviewed my resume and asked questions about how I would approach certain situations. I was asked about my experience with children, expanding on what I had already written in my resume. My role as a leader in the activities I had written about. I was asks more personality questions, such as why I want to be an instructor and what art meant to me. They also reviewed my portfolio that I brought. I heard back that afternoon that I got the job.
