I applied online. I interviewed at CentralSquare Technologies in Dec 2020
Interview
Very responsive after my initial application. Had to take 2 pre-employment tests, one of which took a significant amount of preparation (CCAT).
The initial interview with HR rep seemed positive. Pretty conversational with some standard stuff about my background and experience, and a chance for me to ask questions. They indicated they'd get back to me about additional inteviews, which was delayed due to "a new Chief Revenue Officer" and then I was ghosted. Tried to follow up a couple of times with no response.
This is the kind of thing that employers moan about, but have been doing to employees (or potential employees)...since forever. I don't mind being turned down for a job, but at least get back to me. It would take a couple of minutes to whip out a rejection email.
Given my experience, I assume that this would have been an unpleasant place to work, but guess I don't know that for sure.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CentralSquare Technologies (Lake Mary, FL)
Interview
Met with the HR recruiter and everything went smoothly. My experience aligned greatly with the role and I was told that we would be moving forward with a 2nd round with the PA and PS&J sales directors. Then 4 business days went by and I noticed the job rec was removed from the company website. I reached out to both the HR recruiter company email and the HR recruitment team email and received no further response about the role. I understand there may have been a better fit for the role, but the conversation went from "I'll be in touch to set up the next round interview," to removing the role and ignoring the inquiring job candidate.
Fast turnaround. Simple and fairly casual interview. Honest and clear hiring process. Simple behavioral questions and demonstration of work ethic. Open and honest in discussion of position and expected duties.
