The interview process is very involved, but quick. Most interviews were conversational, however 2 were a little more formal. Meeting with so many different people I would be working with in the role allowed me to have a good understanding of company culture, work styles, and the role in general. HR was kind, clear about the whole process, and quick to let me know about "next steps."
