First interview was great, was scheduled for a Zoom interview with 3-4 people and it seemed to go well, but they did not select me. I will say, the job description vs. the questions being asked, didn’t seem to mesh together. The position seemed like an admin role when reading on Indeed, but they were wanting to know largest group managed, management style, etc.
