Central Provident Fund Board interview questions

The interview process was primarily behavioural and conversational. It was enjoyable and relaxed, with interviewers focusing on my experiences, motivations, and problem-solving approach rather than technical questioning, which made the discussion engaging and comfortable.

Unnecessarily difficult process because there is an assessment to be done prior to the interview. The interviewers were friendly enough but hard to read. HR does not get back to you despite this. You have to send multiple follow ups to get a response.
