Central European Distribution interview questions

Two interviews on site. One with hr and one with the director. Was told that they will need me to start in the next few days, was also told that they will confirm within the next 2 to 3 days. The ignorance, time wasting and rudeness that I have experienced it is beyond me. Was left waiting for over a week with no answer. Two of my emails to hr were left with no reply. When I rang them I was told they have hired someone else! Who does that? How can you life people waiting without possibility to plan the nearest future.
