The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CenterPoint Energy (Houston, TX) in Jul 2016
Interview
I applied for the Associate Customer Service job in June. I received an invite about a month later requesting an interactive interview. This was pretty cool. About three weeks later I was contacted via phone to set up an in person interview.
The in person interviews was in a large room with other candidates waiting to be interviewed. There are about 8-10 Centerpoint employees, two per room, waiting to interview with you. My interviewer was RUDE. He had a very condescending tone. It's a call center, customer service job, not quantum physics. I answered the questions clearly and leveraged some expertise I had acquired from a similar industry to answer my questions in STAR format. He was clearly intimidated by me and for no reason I could think of. If you want this job be ghetto and dumb it down!

Interview
There main focus is on sales. Told I was interviewing with two, but another one was on the call just listening. Still wait to get a response if I got it or not.

Interview
Applied online on Aug 2015, received an invitation to do a video interview on hirevue, did the video interview and a week later on 8/31 received another invitation for an in person interview, did the face to face interview Friday September 4, 2015. Currently waiting to hear a response, overall it was an amazing experience interviewing with great down to earth recruiters. It was more like a get to know you process rather than an interview.
