I applied online. I interviewed at Center for Urban Families (Baltimore, MD) in Mar 2014
Interview
The interview process was standard. I was asked the normal interview questions and a few about the organization and how I could enhance programming. The interviewers were nice but matter of fact.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Center for Urban Families (Baltimore, MD) in Jul 2016
Interview
I interviewed with the COO and Program Manager and it felt less like an interview and more like an informal chat. The interviewers were very friendly and reciprocative to my questions. They spoke about their work and positions within the organization, which made it easy to break the ice. The questions were different from a typical interview. They were mostly trying to get an idea about my experiences and what I had learnt from them and how that falls in line with the work I would be doing and the organization's mission.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Center for Urban Families (Baltimore, MD) in Apr 2013
Interview
I applied online and then followed up with an acquaintance who was working for the company. My resume had already been pulled for an interview. I had a brief telephone interview followed by an in-person interview with my potential supervise and the Director of HR. The interview was brief and polite. My in-person interview included a timed project-based (skills) interview. I received an email about a week later notifying me that they had gone with a different candidate. Within a week after that I was asked to do a phone interview for a different position and I was hired immediately.
