Interview was a multi phase interview, Character based questions that covered the "core" Principals that are listed on their website. Asked for examples of prior work experience that would involve each principal. Let your resume do the talking about experience and education, promote yourself in regards to work history and decision making via your answers in the interview. First "interview" was a phone interview with HR, 2nd was an in-person interview with HR and Sr. Admin, 3rd interview was a peer interview. Was a lengthy process, and multiple weeks between interviews. Overall, was very professional and not stressful aside from the wait times between interviews and being notified you had advanced to the next step.
