Three interviews in summer 2021. A phone screen, a panel interview, and a 1:1 with the supervisor. All fairly straightforward questions, with some hypotheticals about worst-case scenarios while at work and how I would respond to them.

Contacted for an Interview around a month after applying. First interview was a one-on-one with the supervisor. Second interview was around two weeks later with Supervisor and two other higher-ups. The final step would have been a third interview.
