Contacted a few weeks after my submission to talk to a junior associate in the team, she asked about my background and research skills. Then I had a second interview with the team supervisor, who asked to develop on some former roles and my expectations for the DC office.

The interviewer was really nice and the questions were not that difficult, I really enjoyed my experience! I was asked questions about myself rather than surrounding the job. They have a good company culture in my opinion
