I interviewed at Center for International Private Enterprise
Interview
The process included a phone screening and three rounds of interviews, one with the team, one with the head of the department and one with hr. Whole process took about 6 weeks from beginning of interviewing to offer.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Center for International Private Enterprise (Manila, Manila) in Sept 2024
Interview
I had the first interview and assessment and only heard back from them after 22 days, which was a follow-up interview invitation. The follow-up interview consisted of two panels, which were slightly informal and most of the questions were average and a little difficult. I was told I would hear from them next week, but I haven't received anything. It is a little unprofessional to leave us applicants in the dark. I did send a follow-up email but no response yet, So for now I'll consider that I got rejected.

Question 1
The usual HR questions. For example, how do you work with a team?
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Center for International Private Enterprise (Washington, DC) in May 2023
Interview
I had two or three interviews and a writing assessment. Although my interview experience was pretty good, I'm classifying it as neutral because I was never told anything after ending my written assessment. I emailed the hiring staff and was not informed whether I would continue in the hiring process or not. I honestly do not think this procedure is ethical, and I'm not planning to apply to this organization again. Please inform applicants whether or not they were selected for the other round. People make a lot of effort and invest time into the applications to feel downgraded.
