Casual. Low stress. I was interviewed by the medical director and executive director. They were very accommodating and open about the needs of the clinics/facilities, the population, and the demands of the job.

Interview panel, role play, had 1st and 2nd interview both with a group of individuals. They made you feel very comfortable during the whole process. They allowed you to prepare for the role play prior to coming to the second interview.

You are interviewed by 3 staff at once... Typically you are informed of this ahead of time. It is a fairly easy interview. They want to make sure you can make decisions quickly and 'on the fly' so to speak. Safety is a huge priority so stay caution is always advised.
