Phone screening and then interview in person by 4 people (group interview). Very simple and straight forward. Everyone was very kind and wanted to make you feel comfortable. The office has a very laid back feel so it helped ease the nerves before the interview. Did not discuss pay or start date until after the offer.

The process took a little bit less than 3 weeks. Applied, first round interview over skype with 2 people the following week. Found out after that I made a following round of interview. Went to D.C. to interview. Was interviewed by 6 people at the same time.
