Pretty standard for remote positions, there's a screening phone call, live video interview (zoom), and follow up interview. The first live interview is with several people from the department, maybe not the ones you'd be working with, but there were four or five of them. They also included several other candidates at the same time, which was semi awkward. The follow up interview is the last one before an offer. By this point I had heard enough that I was thinking I didn't want this job, but the final interview was with the same several people from the department, and maybe one or two other people. It's an individual interview, so no other candidates. They were pretty quick about moving the process along and letting you know within a couple days if you were progressing.
