I completed three positive interviews with this organization, including preparing and delivering a formal presentation. Following the final round, I received encouraging feedback and was told to expect next steps the following week. However, I never heard back, even after several months. Given the significant time and preparation involved, as well as some irregularities in how the position was posted—about which I was asked to remain discreet—I found the process to be unprofessional and indicative of broader organizational disorganization. While I continue to respect and support their mission and vision, this experience offered enough insight into their internal culture and processes to confirm that it would not be the right fit for me. I wish them success moving forward.
