After I submitted my application a University Relations team member reached out to me within the following week. We then set up a 15 minute phone screen to get to know one another and they referred my application and resume to several other positions than the one I originally applied for. They felt that I could fit on several different teams. About a week after the phone screen I was sent an email asking for my 30 minute interview availability (they were over zoom). After sending my availability I was contacted a few days later for a time confirmation. A few days later I had my interview with a panel of two. They were fantastic and very passionate. They asked great questions and gave me more than enough time to answer and ask my own questions. About two weeks later I was sent an email stating I had gotten the job. Centene is a large company that is always hiring hundreds of people at a time so the process may seem like it takes a little linger than usual, but it is definitely worth it.
