The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Centene (Saint Louis, MO) in Oct 2017
Interview
I applied online and had a phone interview followed by a 1 on 1. Then a final round group panel interview in St. Louis with numerous Vice Presidents. While portions of the group panel interview were difficult, with three back to back rounds, the hiring managers seemed to sell you on a career at Centene.

Question 1
Where do you see yourself in one, five, and ten years?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Centene
Interview
(A 5-month process) Connected with a recruiter through a student organisation event, did an interview, then got rejected. The recruiter then referred me to another team, did an interview, and then I got rejected again. Then the recruiter referred me to another position, did the interview, and I got rejected again. Then the recruiter referred me to another position, but I rejected it. Never mentioned the reason for rejection, I appreciate the recommendations though, but wouldn't do it again.
Straight forward interview process with one interview, asking about my prior experience, prior projects from school/prior work, and to explain some decision-making thought process/conceptual knowledge. Questions were directly relevant and related to the skills needed for the role. Mostly questions about skill-based questions related to role rather than "behavioral" questions.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Centene (Saint Louis, MO) in Oct 2025
Interview
First round was a screening by a recruiter, the conversation was approximately 20 minutes. The second round met with 3 employee panel for a one hour interview. Overall the process was seamless and met expectations.
