I was contacted by the hiring manager to arrange an interview and two hours later received an automated "position filled" email. When I followed up with the manager to see if the arranged interview was no longer necessary, I received a three word response, "Yes. Position filled". Amateurish at best.

3 Managers on Panel. Virtual interview. Brief introduction of panel and interview started with tell me about your background and little about yourself. Then structured behavorial questions. A question and answer for the candidate and the summary. Interview lasted about 45 minutes.

Was an internal hire, so no interview process required. From what I have heard the interview and hiring process is very long for new candidates. Background check is long and drawn out. You just have to stick to it and stay on top of the hiring manager.
