I was contacted by a screener to verify I met the minimum requirements of the job. I was then extended a video interview. I was interviewed by 2 individuals. The interview style was awkward and stressful.

Very thorough questioning about specific skill set. The questions were clear. It was two managers that took turn in asking questions in scenario format. They were transparent about job complexity and duties.

Convenient and respectful, they answered thoughtful questions and answered questions clearly and honestly. Managers were kind and courteous. Job expectation were laid out clearly and concisely. Interview was flexible for remote work.
