Interview
Had a over the phone interview then it is a interview with complete management team from Supervisors to Director. It was a panel interview where each person asked me questions.

Question 1
What systems did I use. Pretty much regular workforce analyst questions. Questions about my experience in managing call real time, experience with IEX,, Excel , Adhoc Reporting, CMS Supervisor. I have also conducted a 1:1 interview with a workforce analyst employee and ask them to just talk to me about WFM and what they have done in the past to see if they are know what they are talking about.

Interview
I applied online and received a call to have an in person interview probably a week later. It was a two person panel interview with a Manager and the lead. They asked very straightforward background questions for about an hour. Received a call back for an offer the same day.
