Cemplex Group interview questions

The interview went on with several top level employees, ultimately ending with the CEO of Alpharetta, GA. based Cemplex Group...The interview was successful in that I was offered a position with the company..I was even offered based on my verified experience immediate opportunity for supervisory opportunities..I was not impressed with the company in that I did not understand the initial offer on my e-mail. "My son has a business and I feel that through looking at your resume you may be a good fit , please contact...#.." Upon contacting the number provided, while expecting to speak with an expectant mother, assisting a well meaning son... I was greeted by a person who was in a position to offer me an interview with an up-comming company, vested, but out of state..trying desperately to get a foot hold in the GA. community, with several deficient capabilities. Upon recieving the job; there was not even an office manange hired, or still working for this company..
