The interview process expected you breakdown and understand their extremely complicated platform to the letter, (which has around 80+ hours of training) within a week and expects the interview to be the master of it with in 5 days.

Had one initial round of interview with the recruiter and they asked questions related to My experience and expectations from the job and what my understanding is about the company and the role
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Celonis (Amsterdam) in Nov 2025
Interview
The interview process was smooth, and the recruiter took the time to thoughtfully address all of my questions. Celonis maintained a quick response time throughout, and communication was consistently clear and transparent. I felt comfortable and well-informed at every stage of the process, and it was evident that the recruiters genuinely cared about the candidate experience.
