I came in through a referral, had an initial exploratory chat with the recruiter, followed by a discussion with the hiring manager. Then, I faced a challenge with both the hiring manager and the director of Value Engineering for the regional market I will focus on. Lastly, I had a chat with a similar director of Value Engineering from a different, likely random, regional market.
I found the interview process to be thorough, well-organized, and a good way to get to know the company, the culture, and the actual work I will be doing.
All interviews were more conversational than formal, and we delved deep into topics like my motivation, ambitions, understanding of Process Mining, and expectations.
The challenge was a perfect way to get acquainted with the job at hand. I really enjoyed learning about the Celonis platform and completing the assignment. In total, I spent somewhere between 30-40 hours on the challenge, so I'd suggest ensuring you have that time available.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I'm really excited to join!
