First round - HR screening call. Basic questions about what I'm looking for, shared information about the company and the role. Second round - questions about career, what do I know about the company, how would I explain to my friends what Celonis does. Also very pleasant and respectful interaction. Third round is where the experience was a joke. The interviewer showed up 5 mins late for a 30 mins interview. Then they said it’s their only opportunity to have lunch, so while I tell them about myself and why I want to work at Celonis, they gonna turn camera off and eat. The next 5 minutes I was talking in the abyss. Afterwards they asked me questions for 5 mins and let me ask a few questions too, answers were dry and not informative. The interview ended 10 mins early (so only 15 mins overall). They clearly had better things to do. I do not recommend applying to Celonis if you’re early in your career. While HR were very helpful and responsive throughout the interview process, the management has no respect for the candidates. And I suppose taking lunch breaks is not a part of company culture.

4-5 rounds. Tedious and time consuming but genuinely gets you to learn their product. But once again, super time consuming. Prep aside, the entire thing stretched for over a month
