I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Celonis (Stuttgart) in Jun 2022
Interview
The interview consisted of 4 rounds leaving aside the interaction calls with the HR. - First round was a call with the development lead to understand my background and explaining the roles and responsibilities. - Then I was given an assignment. - Next, it was a call with the same lead where I had to explain the solution that I provided. Additionally, I was asked few more technical questions. - By now, I assume they would have made their decision on whether to hire the candidate or not. However, there was one more casual discussion call with a senior member in the team Finally, it was my call with the HR to release the offer

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Celonis (Prishtine) in May 2025
Interview
The interview process is divided into 3 stages after the initial one with recruitment specialist. The coffee chat with the team lead, where I had the chance to know more about the team and describe my experience, I liked the fact that the team lead went beyond the allocated time to answer my questions.
The tech challenge was quite stimulating and I think it gave me a good perspective into the expectations for the role. I did not find any surprise questions here, which is good, the tech interview was solely based on Angular topics but some very important language-agnostic ones as well.
The last interview was with the VP, there were some interesting questions asked about my approach on how I make UI-related decisions.
