The role was for RAN automation test engineer, i clearly conveyed before the interview that i'm currently working on python automation and i have working knowledge on network testing, so the first round was with hiring manager and second was with the team lead i guess both the rounds were common coding problems and tell me about framework etc, 3rd round was with a RAN test engineer and even though i clearly told him that i just have basic knowledge of network testing he was hell bend to ask few of the network questions for few of the questions i was not able to answer, for which he straight away said that this profile won't be matching for the profile and he was behaving as if i wasted his precious time and disconnected the call. HR please take care which profiles are being shortlisted for the interview.
