I was referred by a old college classmate and got a phone interview a few weeks after. From there I was schedule an in person interview and then received an offer days later.

Interview consists of phone interviews and two in person interviews. Attire is business professional, resume is required. Be prepared to answer questions about previous work history, experience in telecommunications (if any), sales and/or customer service.
