The interview process will be a quick phone interview followed by a Skype interview. If both parties are agreeable, you will then have to travel to Casselberry, FL for an in person interview.

Tell me about a time you had a very difficult customer, the issue, and how you solved the problem.
One on one with one interview possibly two you get a notification pretty which and training is three months. Learning the systems and system trainings. Then you got the floor it's a great job
The interview process was relaxed. The interviewer asked several standard questions. Nothing out of the ordinary. The interviewer was friendly and welcoming. They explained the job in detail and how pay and benefits would work.
