Was asked to write a document on how to parallel park a car followed by CAD drawings of some fairly simple mechanical drawings. interview was completed by engineering manager vice president of the company HR and one other engineer production engineer.

Received a call from management, scheduled an interview, met with staff and toured the facility. 1:1 interview process so i felt comfortable during the entire process. after the interview it was a simple drug test and a start date
