Celling Biosciences interview questions

It was a phone interview. Questions were straightforward. The process took longer than expected and was kind of unpredictable. At first things went fast. Then I didn't hear for a long time. Then they called back and needed more information quickly. It felt disorganized.

Unorganized. Manager never calls when he’s supposed to or when he schedules you. Had multiple interviews, all discussed different things that were wanted from me. Goes off topic and rambles frequently, doesn’t seem to know what he is looking for.
