Interview
First a phone interview, limited basic questions. Just checking for a warm body. Then in person interview, basic questions. No questions I can remember about working relationships or how you expect to be treated. I think they will ask these now that they have hired more people and have created a group dynamic. Nothing out of the ordinary.
