2 round interview process, phone screen with HR rep and then virtual interview with a panel of senior managers/directors.
Typical run-of-the mill HR questions asked in phone screen.
Very laid back panel interview, even cracked a few jokes here and there. Interviewers were super nice and accommodating. No technical questions were asked - heavy behavioral type questions asked instead. At the end, they asked questions about my resume, projects and "getting to know you better". They were mainly looking for good soft skills, cultural and social fit.
Bad experience with HR:
-Sending emails to schedule 5-10min phone calls instead of writing one that'll take less than a minute to write to communicate the same information.
-Emailed me to schedule a phone call to inform me I got rejected and then proceeded to tell me "you were a runner up and we like to offer you another interview with another manager for a different role". (seriously? send a rejection email instead... completely sadist and not professional) HR then completely ghosted me after this...
Feedback to HR ditz: Stop wasting candidate's time and learn to use brain.
Overall experience was ok but I would only apply to work here if you are desperate.. low pay, $20/hr for an engineering internship LOL....
