I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Celero Commerce (Nashville, TN) in Mar 2023
Interview
Two different interviews. One with the recruiter and one with members of the IT Team.
First interview was basic questions and experience,
Second was more into things I have worked on, my overall knowledge, and what I was interested in moving forward.
Overall it was a very easy and nice process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What made you get into IT?
What types of projects/experience do you have?
What are you interested in learning and going with your career?
Submitted resume on linked in and was quickly contacted to schedule an initial phone screen with a recruiter. The next step would have been a formal interview. The recruiter seemed to have decided ahead of the call if they were moving forward in the process or not.

Great experience to get hired they really make you feel important before you walk into the door they do beat around the bush a bout pay when it comes to there talent management team. The training in office is rushed and you get forced into a combination of making calls and doing there traing. They also expect you to go home and complete the training if you can't do so in the office
