Applied in 2017, received a screening call to set up an interview with the engineering Team. They set up the interview right away. Changed the location of the interview on the day of the interview. Completely different office, so had to drive an additional 20 minutes. Fortunately I was early, and had enough time to get to the interview on time. People at the office were extremely confused, and didn't know that there was going to be an interview. (Front Desk) The interviewer arrived 30 minutes later to pick me up from the lobby. Took me to his desk so he can print my resume and prepare for the interview (another 15 minutes). Finally began my interview (2 person panel) One person looked down the entire time. The other person was asking the questions. He was not very interested in interviewing or my profile. Extremely poor interviewing skills, there was very little structure in the interview. Not sure if this is how they operate, but this interview made me think twice about working there.
