After applying, I received an email to schedule a phone interview. They phone interview is about 30 to 45 minutes to learn about accounting experience. Interview was good at listening and learninf about your experience. Told me they are looking for someone with accounting experience. Undergraduate accounting degree alone does not suffice.

It consisted of 3 interviews. One with Human Resources to see if in the ballpark. Next was with 2 managers asking "describe a time" questions. Third was with a senior manager and another team member.
