I met with three people... the Sales Coordinator, Creative Director and the Creative Director's assistant. Phone interview lead to in- person interview...pretty standard interviewing process there after. The in- person interview included a chat with two skills based interviewers and a cultural interviewer.
My overall experience was good. Cedars office was clean and employees seemed to like it there. Budget time to drive around to look for parking.
The organization is doing great things for the city of Chicago, but I felt like I knew more about Cedar Street's social responsibility than the interviewers. As a Chicago native, I was disappointed in the lack of pride for the organizations local initiatives.
After interview, the HR department replied within a week with my rejection. The woman over HR was very kind and followed up with the interviewers when I asked for feedback.
