Interview
Face to face motivational interview with presentation about a subject you have a strong interest in. Interviewers were the line manager and commercial development manager. Post interview they contact the applicant within 2 weeks provide an update on the outcome.
Ganz angenehm. Fragen waren bezogen auf mein Lebenslauf und das Unternehmen selbst. Es wurde gefragt zum Beispiel wie ich eine Produkteinführung unterstützen würde. Welche Schritte ich einleiten würde für mehr Präsenz.
Quick and easy. The lady was very friendly, questions mostly focused on my previous work and volunteer experience I mentioned in my CV and my language skills. We briefly touched upon my interests and hobbies.
