Standard interview process that started with a conversation with a recruiter, followed by conversations with the hiring manager (VP), three meetings with peers from TechOps, Sales, and CPO, then with the SVP for HR, and finally with the CEO.
Three interviews - one with manager to review history, one with senior software engineer to review coding, and one with CEO. Unfortunately, after the CEO stated that he and the company would like to offer me a job, they just ghosted me. Not sure what the problem was but they didn't even have the decency to tell me that they were no longer interested.
