Cavco Industries, Inc. interview questions

Standard phone screen followed by 3 rounds of in person interviews with hiring manager, CAO, and CFO. All interviews were very casual, two professionals having a conversation instead of behavioral or situational questions. Interviewers were all very nice and very professional, I would love to work with any of them in the future. TA was on top of follow ups and scheduling. Benefits and flexibility not quite what I was looking for in a Corporate level position.
