I first got a call from one of the District Managers, describing the position and company to me. He then offered an in-person interview if I was still interested. I accepted, and came in for a close to 45 minute interview with both District Managers in Cincinnati. It was fairly laid back and had a very casual feel. If you're interviewing for this position, they will eventually promote you to sales, so they're essentially interviewing for a sales position, even though you won't start off that way. It's a good way to get introduced to the industry.
