Cathedral Home For Children interview questions

I submitted an online application and was called in for what I thought was an interview but was actually a tour of the cottage I would be working on to see if I thought I would be a good fit. I was not interviewed for this position. I started training before my drug test or background check were submitted and was working in my cottage for nearly a month before my background check came back.
