First Phone Interview: asked to describe what you think is a good and bad customer service. Asked what you know about Cath Kidston. If you've shopped there. Your availability. They called me back the next day inviting me to a 1-2-1 with the store manager and assistant manager. Here I was asked. What I knew about Cath (specifically told not to regurgitate wikipedia info lol). What I like doing in my spare time. why I left my previous job. what 3 words would my friend use to describe me. what I like doing in my spare time. do I like cooking. Then the presented me with an item from the shop and told me to sell them the item. Then asked about my availability again.
Quick shop floor experience and how would I approach particular scenarios that might be faced.

Had a phone interview and then a face to face. From what I remember the whole process took about a week each interview lasted about 15-20 minutes and was overall a positive experience.
