Online first, In person further on. First few interviews are more to get to know you and your experience then later more asking behavioral questions. They do use the STAR method
The interview followed the STAR format, which made the structure very clear and predictable. I wasn’t asked many follow-up questions, so the entire process felt straightforward and fairly simple to prepare for.

it was very chill and smooth going. I was able to answer all of the interviewer's questions confidently and thoughtfully, and I asked some good questions of my own.I am still under development, and I know that I have some areas where I can improve. For example, I could be more concise in my answers, and I could provide more specific examples to support my points.
