Interview
Used STAR method, was very strict. Had a round of online interviews, then was invited to an assessment centre which involved a presentation, factory tour and interviews. Felt very watched the entire time.
Overall generic questions. It's around a 30 minute on demand interview that requires you to answer 5 pre recorded behavioral questions, each question usually within a 3 minute time frame.
