S.T.A.R. Format with the hiring manager and one other senior manager.
The hiring manager asked structured interview questions and I was expected to answer in the S.T.A.R. format. The interview was comfortable and the interviewers were genuinely interested in learning about me as a candidate. They were helpful when answering the question that I had about the position as well.
The recruiter rescheduled the initial screening call twice and canceled 15 minutes before my second phone interview due to "restructuring the role." I never heard back after that, but the process seemed very disorganized.

An online process where I was given time to prepare and record depending on how ready I was for each question. I was able to complete practice questions as well before the final interview and also look over all my answers at the end and if unhappy, I was able to do my answers again

Started off by introducing themselves, the role and company. Asked me behavioral questions about my experiences. At the end, they asked if I had any questions for them. Very conversational.
