Easy questions. mostly use STAR approach. questions about specific situations and how you responded to those situations using the STAR approach.
First round you have only just one interview. second round consists of three interviews back to back each interview being one hour long. they notify you of the offer within two weeks. company invites you for a plant vist during the interview and drug tests you right there

It was really a great experience being interviewed for caterpillar. The interview went for an hour, and all they asked was STAR-based situational and behavioral questions. There were around 7 questions in total.

Colloquio in presenza con domande incentrate sul percorso di studi. Le domande che mi sono state fatte sono state per la maggior parte conoscitive. Non ci sono state domande tecniche.
