It was two people who interview me it was smooth. They ask me questions one at a time I was somewhat nervous because of the group panel. My palms were sweating and they just asked told me to breathe. They made me feel comfortable and relax which helped me plenty and I got hired.

The process was great, all question was relation with star. The HR department was very professional and give my many opportunities for answer my questions. Very punctuality and organize in the site in Lafayette.

How do you do for improve the security in your job
It is called a STAR interview. When you answer the questions they ask, they want you to answer in a STAR format. Situation Task Action Result. It was pretty nerve wracking, I personally don't like the interviews. It was years ago, I don't know if they still do this kind of interview. I am being forced to review something in order to be able to look at a company I was trying to read up on, so just ignore this review...

The situation, task, action, result (STAR) format is a job interview technique used , be prepared for follow up questions challenging your answers. Also it's okay to bring a note pad with the star method . Makes it easier to remember the flow .
